Inbound Redirection
Inbound Redirection allows an administrator to:
Override the default behaviour of "Context Routing" by smsROUTER
Decide which Rule will be used for each individual user or groups of users
This feature is useful when automating the flow of inbound messages destined to specific individuals or applications (with specific user names associated with these), eliminating the need to create complex rules.
