Events Monitoring
From smsPULSE V4.0.9, the sms.ADMIN database contains a view called Events. The events view is populated by all tasks in the smsPULSE server, listing important events that affect the smsPULSE server operation. This allows an administrator to view a concise list of issues without the need to scan for errors in many log documents. Please note that events are kept for one month, which is further than what is normally kept in the Domino native log.
You may also email events to support at support@smsPULSE.com by clicking on the envelope icon at the top on the Action Bar, or even export events via MS Excel.
In the image below we demonstrate a number of events where connectivity goes down, then resumed, and when GSM hardware loses power, then reinstated.
This facility also allows an smsPULSE administrator access to the server without access to the log or the admin client.
Note: you cannot open documents in this view. This data is "read only".
